"Regularly learn and play new sports." - Greg Glassman.  If you are lost on which new sport you would like to try Chuck Patterson plays many, extremely well.  Chuck recently posted this video encounter with 2 Great White sharks while SUP surfing outside the break at San O.  This was not his first encounter with these two according to the Telegraph.  It is always interesting to learn about different athletes and their nutritional habits, Chuck shared what works for him on game day in his blog, check it out here.

Coe , click here to check out the times of CF Games Champions Mikko Salo and Kristen Clever, as well as 400 others.  The least you could do today is give 100% in your workout today for a man that gave his life for your freedom.  Show up motivated, inspired and ready to work hard as we honor one of Americas finest.

Army Sgt. Keith Adam Coe, 30, of Auburndale, Fla., assigned to the 1st Battalion, 37th Field Artillery Regiment, 3rd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., died April 27th, 2010, in Khalis, Iraq, of wounds sustained when enemy forces attacked his unit with an explosive device. He is survived by his wife Katrina Coe, two sons, Killian and Keith Jr., and daughter, Klover.
