***Hoover Ball team sign up has begun for the 23rd Annual National Championships being held in West Branch! Team sign up is on the back board at the gym, team sizes are 3-5 athletes. Join a team and join us for an amazing weekend that is less then a month away! It all goes down August 7th and 8th.***
No more then two athletes may work at the same time, every athlete must do a total of 75 squats. The run is with the entire team. Each individual must then complete 40 Burpees. Burpees may not be started until all athletes complete the 400m run.
Class is at 5:30pm only today, all friends and family are welcome to join us as we close out this incredible holiday weekend.
WOD: With a continuously running clock, sprint ten meters the first minute, 20 meters (down and back) the second, thirty the third, and so on and so forth until you are unable to complete the number of 10 meter down and back efforts required for the round.
