Strength: TGU 3 x 3 (each arm)

WOD: "Chelsea"

5 Pull Ups

10 Push Ups

15 Air Squats

post completed rounds

Complete 1 set in a minute, on the minute for 30 minutes.

If you do not finish the set within the minute, rest till the start of the next minute.

Maximum score= 30.  If you run over on 1 set, max score=29...

Thanks for complaining about never doing the "girl" workouts, whom ever you might be. Jason is keeping your identity a secret for your safety. It was fun!

10 full sets in 10 minutes (unassisted), then had to give up the pull-ups due to shoulder pain and did the 19 rounds of pushups and squats in the remaining 20 minutes.
